by booking with DetroitLocChic you are fully aware

• Deposits are non-refundable 
• 10 minutes late will result in an additional charge to service
• 15 minutes late will result in appointment being canceled
• Appointments must canceled 24 hours in advance 50% of service will be charged for anything considered a “ no show”
• you are allotted 1 reschedule only and it must be approved by DetroitLocChic if you’re unable to make your rescheduled appointment you must start booking process all over again
